Ambush Capital Limited assures users that the information collected will not be shared with any third party without the user’s consent, and emphasizes that the collection of this data is strictly dependent on the user’s agreement to the authorization.

Geolocation

In order to facilitate efficient credit risk assessment and expedite the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, Ambush Capital Limited requires access to the User’s location to verify their address.

 SMS

SMS that Ambush Capital Limited reads will be sent from the device on which you have installed our application. The information contained in these SMS will be sent directly to our servers at the following URL: https://api.flashpesa.co.ke. We would like to assure you that we take your privacy very seriously and pledge to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. Once your order has been completed, we will delete all SMS data from our servers. Please be aware that while we may have access to your call records, we do not upload this information to our servers.

Installed Apps

Ambush Capital Limited will collect a list of installed apps on your device, including the installation time, package name, APP name, and update time. This information will be uploaded and stored in our system database to aid in credit analysis. Your information will remain confidential.
